Not your usual macaron.
A classic macaron is a two-bite sweet. Ours is about twice the weight, with a filling you can actually see and 20% less sugar.

Nobody photographs a branded pen. People photograph these.
Most company gifts end up in a drawer. A macaron gets eaten the same day, usually right after someone takes a picture of it. Made in your colour it says who it's from without a logo shouting, and at twice the usual size a single one is a proper gift.
Client & partner giftsThe thank-you that gets a reply.
A project delivered, a contract signed, the end of the year. A box in your colours with a card in your words, for one client or two hundred.

A single macaron in a clear box, closed with your sticker and a ribbon in your colour. Guests take it home and your name goes with them.
Make the reveal edible.
A tower in campaign colours at the door, favours on the way out. For the opening of Eddy's in Eindhoven we piped a gold E on every macaron.

600 macarons in race orange, for 20+ shops at once.
For the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, TAG Heuer Netherlands wanted a limited-edition gift for the jewellers and watch shops that carry the brand. We matched every shell to race orange, packed 24 into each black magnetic box under a red sleeve, and got them to more than twenty counters in time for race weekend.
“The macarons are a great success with our retailers in the Netherlands. The positive feedback we’ve had is truly amazing. Thank you so much for all the work.”

What companies ask first.
What does it cost?
It depends on quantity, colour work and packaging, so every order gets one fixed quote before anything is made, with printing included. If you have a budget per person, put it in your brief and we'll design to it. Want to taste first? Ask for a tasting box with your quote.
Is there a minimum, and how far ahead should we book?
Ready-made boxes start from a single box. A custom colour or design starts at 30 macarons, and printed packaging makes sense from about ten boxes because of the print set-up. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable; printed sleeves and custom boxes take a little longer, so tell us your date and we'll plan backwards from it. December books up first.
Can you match our brand colour?
Very closely. Send a HEX, a Pantone or a physical sample, and we bake a test shell and send you a photo to approve before making the full order. The only shades a baked shell can't quite reach are the brightest neons.
Which flavours can we choose?
Colour and flavour are separate choices, so a macaron in your colour can taste of pistachio–raspberry, poppy seed–lemon, honey cake or parmesan–cranberry, plus a changing seasonal list. Or we pick a mix that suits a crowd.
Where does our logo go, and what packaging is there?
On the packaging, where every line prints sharp: a sticker on each favour box, a printed sleeve or card on gift boxes, a ribbon to match. On the macaron itself we hand-pipe initials, dates and simple marks, like the gold E for Eddy's opening. Formats: single macarons in clear favour boxes, gift boxes of 8 to 24, or towers of 23 or 46 for the table.
How do they travel and keep?
We pack per person or per location and send everything in insulated boxes with cool packs, planned so it arrives on your date. For TAG Heuer that meant more than twenty shops in the same week. Macarons keep up to three days in the fridge, are fine on a buffet for two to three hours, and taste best served chilled. Local drop-offs are often done by Julia herself, in a mint Fiat 500.
What about allergens?
The shells are made with almond flour and egg white, with no wheat flour. Most fillings contain dairy, some contain other nuts such as pistachio or peanut, and a few use gelatin. Two flavours, Honey cake and Tiramisu, contain gluten. Everything is made in a kitchen that also handles gluten and nuts, so we can't promise a gluten-free or nut-free order. Tell us about your guests and we'll pick the safest flavours.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an invoice in your company's name with VAT, and we can add your PO number or cost centre.
