Frequently asked questions.
Do your macarons taste different from the classic ones?
Yes, in a good way :)
Classic French macarons are small and more like cookies with a thin layer of chocolate cream or jam.
I took a different look at the classics: the lids of my macarons themselves are more puffy and resemble small biscuits. They contain 20% less sugar and my customers notice it immediately when they try them for the first time.
I also use an unusual cream that tastes like ice cream, it is called “whipped ganache”. It contains more cream and it is whipped before being put in the lids, so it turns out to be more delicate and less sweet in taste.
By the way, my flavors are unusual too! You can find matcha tea, timut pepper, tonka bean, avocado-lime and other flavors.
Can I order one macaron to try?
You can sample my macarons piece by piece on the dates I participate in the fairs. See the website and our social media for announcements
Sets of 4, 8 and 12 macarons or individual orders of 30 pieces are available for ordering

Do you have gluten free desserts?
Yes, our mochi and macarons are gluten-free.
Macarons are made with almond, hazelnut and pistachio flour, and mochi are made with rice flour, so neither contains gluten-based ingredients.
How to store desserts?
To keep them fresh and delicious:
Macarons – Store in the fridge in a closed box.
Mochi – Also best kept in the fridge, especially in warm weather. Take them out 5–10 minutes before eating so the filling softens and the dough becomes pleasantly chewy.
Chocolate Kartoshka – Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days. You can enjoy it chilled or let it soften slightly — whichever you prefer.
For the best experience, we recommend enjoying all desserts within 3 days of purchase.
Can I pick up my desserts the day I order?
Yes, if the desserts are in stock, same-day pickup is possible.
Just check availability when placing your order or send us a message — we’ll be happy to confirm!
