1. What desserts do you offer?
We offer oversized macarons with reduced sugar, Japanese-style mochi, and freshly baked cookies, all handmade in small batches.
2. What makes your macarons different?
Our macarons are twice the size of classic ones, less sweet, and feature unique, creative flavor combinations such as avocado, yogurt powder, and other unexpected ingredients.
3. What flavors are available?
We offer a mix of classic and seasonal flavors, and our selection is updated frequently. The current assortment is always shared on our website and social media.
4. Do your desserts contain allergens?
Yes, some products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, or eggs. Please contact us for detailed allergen information.
5. Are your desserts gluten-free?
Our macarons and mochi are naturally gluten-free, as they are made with almond flour and rice flour. However, the Medovik and Tiramisu flavors are not gluten-free, and our cookies contain gluten.
6. Are your desserts halal?
Our macarons and mochi are not halal because we use gelatin in some recipes, and halal certification is required to label products as halal

6. How can I place an order?

7. How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance, especially for custom boxes. However, we usually have a selection of desserts available for pickup.
8. Do you offer custom or gift boxes?
Yes, we create curated and custom dessert boxes perfect for gifts and special occasions such as weddings, gender reveal parties, birthdays, baby showers, and corporate events.
9. Do you offer delivery or pickup?
We are an online patisserie based in ’s-Hertogenbosch and offer pickup by appointment. Delivery to major cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague is available during big holidays like Easter, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. 10. How should I store macarons and mochi?
Macarons and mochi should be stored in the refrigerator in their original box. Keep them away from heat and direct sunlight, and do not flip the box to protect their shape.
11. How long do your desserts stay fresh?
Macarons, mochi, and cookies stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Mochi is best enjoyed within 1–2 days, as it may start to dry out and lose its chewy texture after that. Cookies can also be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
12. Can macarons be frozen?
Yes, macarons (as well as mochi and cookies) can be frozen for up to 1 month in an airtight container. Before serving, allow them to defrost in the refrigerator and then rest briefly at room temperature for the best taste and texture.

We regularly participate in local markets and pop-up events, such as the Maker Market in Amsterdam. We also collaborate with coffee shops and cafés and offer wholesale pricing — feel free to contact us if you’re interested. Updates about upcoming events are always posted on our social media.

Yes, we provide desserts for birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and other special occasions.
